Please note that changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Received a Damaged Item?
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. A damaged item includes defects or physical breakage. Damaged packaging that occurs during shipping, such as dented boxes with undamaged products, does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@zuurie.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note, we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
About Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen issues. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and not corrected within 24 hours of placing the order, you are not eligible for a resend or refund.
