Lost or Stolen Packages:

We recommend also contacting the courier directly to initiate a claim process for lost or stolen packages.
Zuürie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and such cases fall outside our refund policy. However, we will support you in resolving the issue and may offer replacements depending on the circumstances. If necessary, filing a police report may aid in recovering a lost package.
